Technical Writer and Project Manager

Shell Vera has supported defense manufacturers and contractors throughout her career, with experience spanning SBIR and proposal initiatives, program development, and cybersecurity compliance. She entered the CMMC ecosystem in 2020 through her work with an association focused on submarine / UUV shipbuilding. While there, she launched a Cybersecurity Working Group where members shared clear, actionable guidance via emails, webinars, and in‑person events.

 

Her consulting work includes CMMC readiness, documentation development, and long‑term compliance maintenance. Shell brings a practical, people‑centered approach to compliance, and an affinity for tabletop exercises, training alignment, and helping teams understand how CMMC compliance fits into their broader operational environment.

 

Shell holds an MBA in Leadership from Liberty University.
